Welcome to Linda Stockman-Connors Art

   With a lifelong passion for painting, drawing and wildlife, Linda Stockman-Connors creates detailed, realistic portraits of animals and birds. Working primarily in oil and acrylic paints, she has created a body of work that exhibits the beauty of the animals in their natural habitats. Linda studied art with several well-known artists including famed illustrator Peter Caras at the duCret School of Art in Plainfield, New Jersey. Active in local art circles as a painter and teacher, she has participated in numerous juried exhibitions in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has won numerous awards as well as having several solo exhibitions.

   Linda has also written and illustrated a few Children's Books. She writes for the Christian and Non-Christian market. Linda is currently working on several new books in both categories. Her love of illustration is evident in her books.
